Our Story​

Public Sector Performance Group was founded on a simple belief: government can work better, and it must.
Our team brings decades of experience inside public institutions at the federal, state, and local levels. We have managed programs, overseen budgets, implemented policy, and delivered services that communities depend on every day. We have also seen how well-intended systems can become inefficient over time, weighed down by complexity, outdated processes, and unclear decision paths.
At a national level, persistent deficits and rising costs place increasing pressure on taxpayers and public agencies alike. Inflation magnifies inefficiency, turning small process failures into costly outcomes. We believe addressing these challenges does not require abandoning public service values; it requires honoring them.
